Triggering an AWS Lambda Function For S3 File Uploads | AWS in Action

  • AWS Lambda is a serverless, managed service that allows you to define code that should be executed upon the occurrence of certain events.
    One possible event is the creation of S3 objects (e.g., because of file uploads).
    In this video, a new Lambda function will be created from scratch. The function is then configured to execute and read and output the content of files uploaded to S3.

    Hi, can you perhaps demonstrate that whole process using serverless application model or SAM using the SAM to configure inline policies, events (S3) and deploying to AWS using AWS deploy command. Thanks
