    would you use docu sign for your terms of service agreement [contract] …. how do you fire a client for non payment or over writing etc ?

    • @MattWacek
      @MattWacek  ปีที่แล้ว

      Pandadoc for signing. We try to avoid “firing a client” by only taking on the ones that are a good long term fit

    Hi Matt, great video! Do you set up a new email for your company to access the Google stuff? Or the same one for managing all your clients?

      i have a few that are set up for their designated tasks: one for lead form notifications, one for accessing some of the sites, one for GMBs & Goog analytics and so on. eventually each of these roles will be one employees tasks so i want it segmented as such

      @@MattWacek thanks for replying man.
      What if the client wants you to do a handover one day and you're tied up with a combined address?

    • @MattWacek
      @MattWacek  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@TheChrisWest what do you mean by combined address?
      we've never had a client cancel (knock on wood). but if they were to cancel we'd just make them an admin of the WP website we built them and they can remove our access to their GMB, Goog Analytics & Search Console. plus we have a buyout clause in the event they cancel under a designated duration

      @@MattWacek oh... Like if you're using 1 Gmail address to access the analytics etc of multiple client sites.
      I guess you could just create a new user account but you'd still have the main account.
      I'd imagine there are ways around it. Great tips. I've just subscribed. Looking to start a similar agency myself soon.

      @@TheChrisWest thanks! if you're just getting going i would focus on sales and maybe have one "operations" focused email account at your company's domain for when you land the first client. once you get to 20+ clients is when you'd want to have a few separate emails for operations tasks

    Great video. I'd love to see how you sell. I assume someone fills out a form and you setup a zoom call. What do you go over? How do you close?

    • @MattWacek
      @MattWacek  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      thanks man. ill never put my sales process on YT but we most definitely don't discuss "website", "rankings", "cpc", etc. It comes down to figuring out the problems they have and solving their problem with a service program

      @@MattWacek yeah true I keep forgetting it's TH-cam lol. I did like your rule where you don't give pricing before the meeting and at the end.
