Now it appears that some of the judges of SC are biased. In the judgement of 100% of matching of vvpat SC relied on the argument given by pet agency like EC but did not pay attention to the aspirations of crores of countrymen moreover justice Dutta's remarks about maligning of India by certain forces was very much confusing and motivated.
Mentally fractured EC is constitutional authority. It is not working under SC
SC has no power to guide or give suggestions to EC😢😢
SC has the right to give suggestions to EC . If SC does not have any power then hearing would
not be started on the issue of matching vvpat. Previously SC directed EC to match vvpat for 5% of the total booth for every parliament seat.

नौ दिन चले अढ़ाई कोस | SC dragged the contempt proceedings for so long and had no logical conclusion. It seems the contempt proceedings were dragged to satisfy the egos of the SC.
Why SC justices are passing scriptures on IMA? It’d been done on a separate case or if it’d taken the matter, it’d be taken to its logical conclusion.
We want to see there is punishment. It is not a matter of print size of apology.
3 months suspension is nothing for fake advertisement, SC should decide the time period for suspension.
This Judiciary, CJI , CJI headed benches are incompetent to analyse and pronounce judgements . Why such delays in every case . Answer is simple . May be they would have received huge money from them. They cannot even understand a case . Here they want to punish Ramdev but leave other Pharma companies who have side stepped SOP ,doing malpractices , sone have donated huge electoral bonds to govt under the garb of immunity . What logic ?

Pagination missing. Does the highest court of the land does not have people who receive these document and review them for basic things before putting them to the justices? Am assuming any document received goes to the registry. Is reviewing document for basic sanity not on job description of the people taking salary at the registry?
Should judges also put forward arguments and replace lawyers too? Or perhaps the registery people can argue.
Do you think tampering and editing a document submitted by a counsel is a good idea for the registry?
