    A couple key differences between these two areas is the population. Greenville county has twice the population as Buncombe county and so does the Greenville metro area. This matters in terms of economic impact, traffic, crime rates, etc..

    Thank you for watching and commenting! You are correct, Greenville County as a whole has double the residents vs Buncombe County. Asheville city has more people than Greenville city. Also, Greenville Co has approximately 135 more square miles.

      Yes, so too is Asheville's city limits. They are larger than Greenville's. I've spent time in both cities and there is no comparison in population and economic impact. Greenville is simply a level or two higher than Asheville. You short the viewer of these videos by not pointing out this drastic difference in population. Again, this matters in terms of traffic, economic impact, and crime.

    greenville is the county and metropolitan area and csa largest. of South Carolina, don't be fooled by the population of the city limit, it feels and of course has a more economic impact. bigger than Asheville and twice the population
