But if ur getting a 10 room property for rent. Think why is he renting? A profitable hotel wont be on rent , a loss making property is useless

Hotelier business is one of the toughest and most matha pacchi wala business. Same goes for restaurant. Worst business. Only if it’s your khandaani age old business than only you can survive.

problem is, guys__ including you-- have ruined the hotel business in Goa, considering that its lucrative. at the end of the day, to make ends meet, rooms which should have gone for 2 to 3 k, are being sold for 9hundred to 1200 thereby affecting everyone in the neighborhood. pls advise all not to jump into the well without ascertaining risk involved
