@Achillesthelion Agreed while this is not like rookdom or even your years after that as an upperclassman(which this camp never tries to portray itself as) this camp still teaches the basic tenants of leadership taught at Nrowich. And actually the participants generally get up at 5 everyday untill the last week. This camp is excellent for any high school student who wants to be at Norwich or join the military. Actually many of the school C/Col. have either gone though or lead FLC.
As a mere 16 year old who is going to this in a couple of months, I think it's pretty damn obvious that this is nothing like the real college. I know, you're probably thinking I'm clueless, but seriously, who could get rookdom and FLC mixed up?
For all of you soon to be Rooks, listen up. This camp is NOTHING like the real school, the school is not fun, you don't get to leave or go anywhere, not that theres anywhere to go. You are going to be getting up at 5 in the morning for about 7 months straight including weekends. Good Luck this comes from a student at Norwich who has gone through rookdom.
