North Korean soldiers now alongside Russians in Ukraine territory. How many liberties will the West afford Putin, at this point he does exactly what he wants whilst issuing threats. Long range weapons need full permission granted and Nato soldiers should also be in Ukraine.

Incredible! It was known before before the point at which The Free & Honourable Free Peoples Ultra Free Democratic Free North Korean soldiers crossed the line to fight in Ukraine.
This was a great opportunity to claim the right by Western allies to take the brakes off aid and use it to either break any remaining supposed red lines on ANY Western intervention, or if this had been threatened by the West in response to the information that North Korea may enter this war, it might have had some influence on its occurance but if not it we would have communicated the consequences to Ruzzian and North Korean action.

With regard to the North Korean "special forces", some are more special than others in terms of equipment, training and capability. Think of them more like the Iraqi Republican Guard, the IRGC or the Waffen-SS; they are the units most loyal to the leadership as opposed to the national army as a whole, and if the regime lasts long enough they steadily displace the "regular" armed forces (and in many places also get direct control over major economic assets).

There is a misconception that "Special forces" are necessarily more capable. This is almost always the case, but the purpose for special forces is unique mission profiles. For example, a mountain division has less heavy equipment, for obvious reasons. Special forces often are designed for "Strategic missions", independent actions, reduced logistics, and often special characteristics to aid infiltration/exfiltration. For example, the German Brandenburg commandos were generally foreign born soldiers who knew the local culture well, and could disguise themselves into their area of operations. These North Koreans would stand out pretty clearly in Ukraine; not only are they particularly short, and Korean, they have serious deficiency ailments. Many Vietcong infiltrators were caught because they had conditions like malaria, for example. Of course the North Koreans could operate with minimal logistics, and they are very tough; so they have at least some SF characteristics.

UK journalist Graham Phillips was provided with temporary asylum in Russia, Russian Ministry of the Interior Irian Volk said.
"My colleagues from the ‘Oktyabrsky’ Lugansk People’s Republic Ministry department presented renowned journalist, British citizen Graham Philipps with a notification of provision of temporary asylum on Russian territory," she said on her Telegram channel.
Speaking in an interview with TASS, Phillips expressed his gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin for the provided asylum and said that he is currently in Donbass, adding that he plans to continue working there.
In July, 2022, Philipps was blacklisted by the UK over the situation in Ukraine as a "video blogger, who created and published media content supporting and promoting actions and policies that destabilize Ukraine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine or undermining them."
In 2014, Phillips was working in eastern Ukraine. Together with ANNA News cameraman Vadim Aksyonov, he was considered missing in action near the Donetsk airport. Later, they were found in Ukrainian captivity. After Philipps was released, Kiev banned him from entering Ukraine for three years.

Ukraine’s membership in NATO is unacceptable for Russia, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said.
"Ukraine’s membership in NATO in any territorial layout is absolutely unacceptable for Russia and cannot be part of any peace plans or mediatory initiatives," he said at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine requested by Western countries.
Nebenzya also added that threats to Russia’s security cannot be eliminated without the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
"This situation around nuclear blackmailing from the Kiev regime head, who have lost his legitimacy, once again demonstrates that Russia’s decision to begin its special military operation that was made, by the way, following similar nuclear threats from the Ukrainian leadership was the only right one. Threats to the security of our country cannot be removed without the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, without ensuring that the rights and freedoms of all of its citizens are observed," he said at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine initiated by Western countries.
