Opposite to Sun in 11th is Aquarius sign ( Saturn ) in my D9 chart. According to one of Vedic Astrology software I am in Moon MD Saturn AD. My Mercury MD comes when I am 98 years old later on. So, what do you think ?

Pratanshan dasha is calculated when the marriage is conducted also you can check sevent house from moon or 7th House from lagan in Both Navmansha or Chandra kundali..Beacuse Marriage is pre-destined without Activation of 12th house it cannot be conducted..!

Well, in my D1 chart, I have KETU in the 7th house and in my D9, I have KETU opposite my SUN. I don't want to get married, until I am 40 (I am 26 now), and MOON mahadasha and KETU antardasha is when I am 39 - 40.
What if it’s other way round? Like Mahadasha and pratayantra is of planet which is 7th from sun in Navamsa and pratayantra is of planet which is 7th from sun in D1 chart.Does this still work?
