If they’re all the same size frame...how were you able to leave a gap in the top one?
The frame is put in at its widest width. You can slow the video down under Setting and rewind to see how it's done.

I love this but how do you get the cards out afterwards?
Pull the bottom board off and take out cards when the event is over. This is stated in the video.

Remove the masking tape and foam board at the bottom when your event is over.
Is that a glue that you are spraying to make the glitter paper stay?
Can you use E6000 for this and how wide is the opening at the top mine is big
