In terms of your standards based off your other projects, this is a vast improvement! However, even with those improvements noticed, there are some flaws that can tend to be distracting, such as poor music choices for example the cliche horror strings in some cases, and the monster being too ‘human’ for a non existing entity. The way he talks makes him feel like another man in a mask, which cause it to lose its lack of mystery and curiosity on learning more about the entity if it feels too human. The lighting also looks too bright and cartoonish for a horror movie, some voice acting felt too amateurish, some camera angles felt too generic and its story felt too formulaic comparing to other horror media which I think you should have added an interesting twist in the script. Other than those flaws, it does have good pacing and its story is still unique nonetheless, love the introduction for the main character to have schizophrenia instead of just outright calling him insane, so I especially that addition. Keep it up and hopefully you can improve further in your future projects! Edit: I forgot to include this in the review, but I also can't help but notice that the main character completely forgot that his wife and kid just died, and barely spent any time in the movie grieving about their losses, which makes their deaths not targeted towards including character development, but just making their deaths forgettable and bland if it's just going to be ignored along the way.
Like I said before the release, I will use feedback to make future episodes greater then the last. The first film was to get a kickstand in the series, things will bet horrifying and more lore will be shown as the series goes on. Thanks for the feedback man. - 202
