The way your fridge burst was natural. We had a glass dining table and one day it burst literally in the middle of the night . It happens due to frequent heat and cold because of which the glass expands and contracts.
Also the microwave might have burnt because either external heating / faulty wiring or a particle of a food might have been inside the microwave which can also sometimes lead to that .
Before thinking of things as paranormal, just logically sort it out or it will negatively effect your mind and your mind is so powerful that it'll make up scenarios to fulfill your bias.

Things started off with these same incidents like flickering of bulbs, leakage of gas stove, hearing someone's footsteps etc. but after some time, it got extremely serious and I left the place. Please take care. That locality is scary af.
