Wouldn't the biomerge at 10:50 be incorrect since Takato was stunned by MegaGargo Ace? He shouldnt be able to digivolve for the turn. Unless I'm wrong and biomerge gets around that?

The tamer itself isn't evolving, it's a cost to allow a Guilmon to evolve which isn't locked by MegaGargo ACE.

It's just being put under the guilmon, the guilmon itself isn't stunned so the Mon can attack :D
Biomerge does indeed get around it
