    Arms
    1. Start this move miming holding a guitar. Your left hand should be up at the neck of the guitar, meaning at shoulder height and stretched outward. Your right hand should be down at the strings, meaning slightly above your right hip.
    2. With your left hand, mime strumming the guitar strings four times in a row. To do this, lift your left hand up to chest height, then bring it down to slightly above hip height. Lift it back up to chest height, then bring it back down to slightly above hip height. Repeat this two more times.
    Hips
    Start by standing with your torso leaning back slightly, your neck leaning forward and your pelvis sticking forward. Lean your pelvis back. Bring it forward again, then bring it back. Do this two more times in a row.
    The Move So Far
    Now, combine the arms and the hips, doing a strum down every time you lean your pelvis back. Add a slow lean to the right during this. After that, do a slow lean to the left with four more strums and pelvis leans.
    Adding the Legs
    Every time you get to a fourth strum, lift the knee opposite from the direction in which you're slowly leaning.
    Combination
    Try this combination: right, left, right with two strums and a lift on the second strum, left with two strums and a lift on the second strum.
