The department of 1st year has detained total 45 students in 2023 batch
45 students are given supply directly on the basis of internals directly which is worse in up
as 1 out of 3 is fail in this college
And given 3 year back also this year and more 4-5 year back after proff exams as told by the hod anatomy dr. Aditya pratap singh
There is a shortage of faculty throught the year in the department anatomy
as nmc fine is also imposed on this college this year

My cousin is doing his internship .let me tell you this college is literally a mess .they messed 6 months of their 2024 batch. When their exams happened they told students that practical would take at least 15 days to start so you can have holiday or go home .he didn't came for 4 days he was still thinking to stay there then my uncle told him to came and all his friends and batch mates went to. Next day they started the practicals without any prior notice and you know what just 5 hours before practicals students get to know it . They tried to go but how fast could they travel. He got fined of 2.5 lakh .every student did

नीट एग्जाम के संबंध में हमारा विचार यह है कि एक नही चार परीक्षाएं होनी चाहिए
१- राज्यों को मिलाकर 15% का सेंट्रल सरकार का कोटा, तथा सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटीज में सभी सीट इस एग्जाम द्वारा भरे जाएं।
2- हर प्रदेश का सभी सरकारी स्कूलों के लिए, अलग से कोट व एग्जाम.
३- सभी प्राइवेट यूनिवर्सिटीज, कालिजो के लिए अलग से एग्जाम, व फीस का निर्धारण, कंट्रोल इस प्रकार के किसी भी तरह से किसी भी नाम पर, कोई भी धनराशि न रसूल की जा सके, फीस कम से कम 25% कम की जाए.
4- सभी माइनॉरिटी कॉलेज के लिए, डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए, अलग से एग्जाम, जिसमें माइनॉरिटी के बच्चों का कोटा भी शामिल किया जाए, अलग से एग्जाम हो, डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी की फीस, वह अन्य वसूली पर पर भी कंट्रोल हो.
इस प्रकार एग्जाम होंगे तो विद्यार्थियों को चार मौके मिलेंगे, मन मानी पर रोक लगेगी.
5- सभी जिला चिकित्सालय में, एमबीबीएस की 100 सीट, तथा सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में, एमबीबीएस की 250 सीटे निर्धारित की जाए.

I have seen students struggling every Sunday to get their life sorted and their entire 1st year is wasted in doing so.

It's underplayed.
VAMC is a good college, but the only issue is that the patient flow is low but in next 3-4 years till you reach your internship for patient interactions etc it will be at par with any other college.
Never take decision on what other says instead focus on the positive things.
The management of RMCH and VAMC is same
The Faculty in VAMC has more time to focus on students
The infra for college is also very nice.
Patient flow you don't need till next 2-3 years.
This year, as the ranks are very high, so focus on these rising blooms instead of standard list luke
