As per the Aditya Birla Capital Scholarship eligibility criteria, you must have scored at least 60% marks in your previous year's class. This means that you need to submit your 12th class marksheet.
However, if you are currently in your third year of BCom, you can also submit your semester exam marksheets. The scholarship committee will consider the highest of the two marks.
So, to answer your question, you need to submit either your 12th class marksheet or your semester exam marksheets. The choice is up to you.
