But only after the BJP was anounced as the winner, some of them rushed towards the polling officer and spoke about the 8 ruined ballot papers. If the polling officer was working for the BJP, he would have marked dozens of ballot papers not just 8. Is he insane to commit fraud after seeing a CONgress or AAP cadre shooting a video of him cpubting the ballots and infront of twenty plus peope who are sitting opposite to him watching bim counting the ballot papers. One point of time in the footage, an AAP or Congress cadre was seen tearing the marked ballots. Grow up. This is how those who can never accept lose in election will behave. That is why they wanted ballot paper back so that they can cheat again. The last panchayat election held in West Bengal is the sample. The ballot box can be thrown in the river and etc. They can try to cheat but they can never chear the public. Pakistan is the great example coz the voters know whom have they voted for in majority.
