How do you place 2 textures on the same wall, half and half?

Is there a way to apply an image (not a texture) for something like wallpaper? Seems odd to have to add an image as a texture just so it can be applied to one side of a wall. I don't think of wallpaper as a texture.

I have a question you may or may not know how to answer - unrelated to texturing. In trying to 'frame' my walls, i get an error saying " None of the walls have been selected for framing..." I had ALL walls selected. What does it mean by that message?

hey, I was new to use the VW 3D modeling and was struggling with the texture. Now I have a problem, how could I remove all the texture at one time instead of removing" the left""the overall"and "the right" one by one? What I have done is just create a new wall and use the eyedropper tool to copy the "none texture"... since you posted this video long time ago, hope that I can still get an reply, thanks a lot : )
