yikes. some very sound foundational technique was given but many wasted a lot of valuable time giggling instead of trying to make corrections. i love your squad it's so clean, but doing stunts where ppl could get injured is not the time for horsesplay. it's time to be focused and absorb what you are being taught. i love a light hearted practice atmosphere but never forget you are there to do a job. don't make the two socks cameras make you all giggly and stuff when you should have laser focus. pretend that the cameras aren't there. i love you guys and i know you will have an amazing season.

I Think It Was Disrespectful Too Go Into Idol Athletics Establishment And Not Take In The Materials That Was Given Throughout It Was A Bit Disappointing Too See Hopefully Y’all Can Apply What Was Given And Actually Go Into The Gym Too Get Bodies Where They Needs Too Be I Think It Should’ve Been Taken More Seriously Because Y’all Was There Too Put In Work And Get The Job Done But It Was Too Much Unseriousness Going On
