They conveniently leave out that she just stole work from another person and made $15k off of it. When caught, she lied and blocked a lot of people who wanted refunds. She shamed herself off of the internet. Also, it bothers me they reduced her racist past as “she used a racial slur,” implying it was once. She made several extremely racist “skits,” comments, and posts over years.
Exactly. They really chose their words carefully in this video. Idk why they 1. even reported on this and 2. why they’re not calling her out on her bs and tip toeing around it.

She hasn't left her role as an influencer - she just moved to another platform (patreon)
I'm glad she decided to leave social media alone ,and tend to her children because her children deserve to live a normal life without any camera.
I never heard of her until now, I'm happy for her too, social media is sometimes toxic and depressing.

@Jenete j i feel all the young ppl who got scammed should get the money and a part of the money should go to the creator she stole from. Because they spent money on something they didn't receive not even a replacement of the presets was made. It is just wrong what she has done in any way..
Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think they got the presets right? Didn’t she take them down or something? Or was that only for future purchases? Idk but I agree 100%. People purchased stolen work. Give the people their money back and then maybe they can buy Ash’s if they want to.
She didn't quit, she was fired. Left after stealing thousands from her fans and smaller creators.
“Recreating similar vibes” No. She blatantly stole Ash Levi’s presets. It wasn’t just a vibe. She took Ash’s presets, tweaked it ever so slightly and sold them as her own. I highly recommend watching Ash Levi’s video about the situation because she goes into detail about how Acacia did it and how Ash knew it was the same preset. I was a fan of Acacia for a long time. I hated her years ago because of other crap she’s done, but watching her videos with her family I genuinely thought she grew as a person and changed. I’ve laughed with her, I’ve CRIED with her. And then she showed us that she didn’t change. In fact, she’s trying really hard to hide what she did and even deleted her apology to Ash. I’m disappointed. As someone who has followed her for YEARS, I’m just disappointed. I would say “I hope her leaving the internet will give her time to change” but she won’t.
If she wants to stop being an influencer, let’s stop posting about her.

Wow...."still" being an influencer w/indefinitely retiring from an influencer....no one is perfect and the 1st step is personally acknowledging that & making amends with yourself before you 100% undoubtedly can with anyone else. Everyone has a past, everyone has skeletons.....but mostly no one acknowledges, accepts and/or takes action.
And she is back already…

She didn’t “recreate” similar styles she stole the exact preset and marketed it as her own and then went ghost when she was called out 😡 and then took a year to give back the money she stole
