At @19:12 Aernt the resistors on the left and right side of the delta connection in parallel?
No they are not. One end of the resistors meet at a junction but their other ends are connected to a third resistor. Two resistor are said to be in parallel connection only when both of their ends meet each other
There is no any node between those two resistors...Therefore they are in series not in parallel😊
