Really great work. I never got to know how many litres your black tank is. if it's 5000 litres or more as I have experienced, please bear in mind that It may sink into the ground gradually. Pressure will not be affected as such but the out pipes may bend closer to the outlet. Great series ...keep going.
I think the question is how? Am from Zim in Matabeleland I am also wondering the same thing. I know rural land in Zim is sold by rural district councils. They sell land prices range from 3 to 10 United States Dollars per square meter. I think these guys are in Mutare in Manicaland province. So you would need to get the name of council in the area to buy the stands from. There is also rural land from Chiefs in Zimbabwe but that is difficult to get you need to be tied to the village thru ancestral lineage. Some land barons do sell it but its illegal and not a sure investment. Best route would be council and a residents permit from Home Affairs.
