When he started to realize that no one was having it he pulled the

It's a sovereign thing. Laws of our country do not have merit on him. However constitutional rights do.
He informed Judge Dorow the constitution says interruptions are based on the people's understanding of what they mean.

He used the list of the Prosecutors for defense witnesses. Except for his Mom and Grandma. I have heard that Grandma is actually a family friend who is a pastor. Not biological. Doesn't matter nor did it help.
I get he had a right to call witnesses, I was heartbroken to hear the questions he was allowed to ask.

That's her court room she has FULL AUTHORITY and this POS has been so disrespectful and just totally disgusting overall she can absolutely handle this better then she has I know everyone saying she doesn't want to cause a mistrial or give ANY means for one but there is no way something like that could possibly happen with the crime he did the system will make sure he dies in prison as he should. This judge needs to put her foot down! And put this clown in his place he's loving every second of this which is absolutely disgusting and she is allowing him to feel all this power she can do something more then what she is we all know this

I agree and I disagree. The judge is letting the court and the jury know there will be no mistrial. What she is doing is allowing him to act like a fool on camera which they both now the world can see. What is happening is we blame the judge for not taking heavy action but the judge's patience has her in a high ground because she is allowing the defendant to expose who is in court. If he is able to act the way he is in court for the world to see, image what happens in closed doors. Especially since the state had him under allegations of being a sex offender. Which can open doors to how the defendant can be abusive towards his loved ones. Which does come down to the idea this man does act foolish but these daily and hourly outbursts is setting in stone the life sentence for the defendant. Especially since it has been shown the defendant has no respect for the law and order and the judge and jury inside and outside of court. So, I say the judge knows what she is doing. She is allowing these outbursts because she knows the defendant is already 6 feet under in the grave he digs every day. That grave gets deeper and deeper everyday. Many times the defendant was warned, kicked, advised, and muted. The judge has the court in complete control by allowing these outbursts for the world to see how unlawful, disrespectful, misogynistic, inappropriate, and immature the defendant is acting. Not many judges have this patience. The judge knows what she is doing.

Also just to add to that. You said she was giving the defendant power. If that is really the case, imagine the punch of reality he is going to feel when the judge reveals how he never had power in the first place. That small hope of power brutally ripped out of his soul and body for the world to see when that life sentence comes down harder than a meteor.

You both really don’t understand legal proceeding or court or human rights. If she would get mad at “correct” his behavior as you say she can and should. He would use it as a reason to get a new judge. And he would keep doing that until he FINALLY went in front of a judge that is like her and slowly puts up with his nonsense until they get him sentenced. Please don’t advocate for wasting more of our tax money and time because you think she should “handle this better” sometimes of you don’t know what is going on it’s better to not get involved AT ALL. Your suggestions would only cause more issues.

If the car had such a major defect on it (that was known about and recalled over), and it was still being driven, that's fully on the drivers for using a dangerously unfit vehicle on the road.
