100% agree, this tends to be the case for the most sought after rookies in a lot of sets. They don’t come out and say it, but hitting a base of Wemby in any product is not easy. WWE Donruss elite was similar with their legends base. 150 card set, 101-150 was vets, I opened probably 8 blasters and 2 hobby and i think I have 5 or 6 legends. They may not say explicitly that they are SP but they are

I’ve seen Wemby and Lebron the most, I don’t think the checklist is that extensive for it, might be why.
With how bad my Wemby luck has been, I promise you I won’t pull one with the three I’m opening tomorrow
