You realize in mk11 when sub zero and Sindel were even, Koisy and him were even? If anything this just shows Koisy getting hard carried by the fact scrub zero has nothing going for him. Sikander got spammed to death the first match and landed more combos the last match to lose to a character gap

I use Sonya and to get to 40 percent I have to basically use two bars of meter in my combo to hit 40 (I'm not good at air levitate canceling into another air combo but I can do it on the ground) percent otherwise you just have to sit comfortably between 34-38 percent.
Sindel is a low damage character. To get > 40% combos without burning through all your meter you have to use specific combo kameos (Sareena, Sonya) but they offer a lot less in terms of setup and dominating the play than Lao does. Lao and Sub-Zero (as a counter-pick against zoning) are the 2 really solid options she has, and with both you will rarely hit 40%. But she has a lot of tools, it's not a problem.
