the only part that doesnt add up is the "give him 6 children". its not as though 6 kids just appear out of the ether, and unless its an extremely rare case, they probably arrived one at a time. you might think, after the first 2 at least, the man might notice the significant financial burden attached to each child. if im cleaning toilets and shining shoes, and still having 6 kids, the fact that im poor cannot be entirely external I guess they could be step children which would change the calculation
