Darjeeling is under Sikkim area. It is also known as Bagdora where you can enjoying the joyRight station and here mainly cultivating tea plantations. Here a lot of items of food and see the Kanchanjang and see the other famous 80 Buddhism. Near to Pashupati Nepal area where can see the Lord Shiva .
The northern regions of West Bengal that are close to the Himalayas deserve to have their own separate state. Siliguri, Darjeeling, Kalimpong etc.

July - September is monsoon season there. It’s better to avoid!! You can’t really enjoy much.. and won’t the get the Mountain views..
