Playing the demo, after watching your previous playthrough 1. Am having problems with the backpack. No number allocations to the slots. Have to open and close the backpack every time I want to change an item. The slot selection randomly changes which so my character will suddenly hold something above his head! lol 2. Not sure how to upgrade the demolisher gun. 3. Got a message that a storage bin by the workbench will allow crafting to take place straight from the chest, which is great. So I built a storage chest but it wouldn't let me place it by the workbench. Maybe these things aren't available in the demo? Edit: Forgot to add, Frank is a rotten price gouging monopolist. Every thing is so expensive! Star Trek's post want economy is so much better! lol
1. That's odd. Maybe an issue with the demo that hasn't been updated. 2. I think Edward in the Machine Shop upgrades tools (not sure if you can in the demo). Haven't gotten there yet. 3. The workbench chest is already attached to it. It's the part sticking out at the bottom right of the workbench. And, yes, easy to set prices when there's no competition!

Yeah the price gouging in this game and spiritea turned me off to it. I understand the need to work towards things, and i am a fan of money lol, but something about it goes against the cozy aesthetic.
@@draconicfeline6177 I'm finding the balance to be way off. Time, energy and the ability to but items and potions is way too tight for me. It's anything but cosy. I've just started the dark energy fuel quest. No problem I've collected a lot of dark energy. But you can only put in ten at a time to get a single fuel block. I wouldn't mind that, but it takes a few minutes which in game time is too short to do anything much else but is wasteful when the day passes so quickly.
No, you dont need UV light to grow plants. Its mostly within the visible spectrum, with peaks at blue and red light. There is nothing paticularly special about artificial light used for plantgrowth other than that it is powerful. Id calculate with at least 500 Watt per square meter of a very efficient lightsource such as LEDs or better Sodium Vapor.
