Xcel's delivery is rushed and off. Look at his 3rd, he might have actually won that round but his delivery was so rushed and forced. He was afraid he was gonna forget his bars, so he pushed threw them so he wouldn't choke, he slipped in every verse (not choked) and Born was just solid. That was a terrible vote.
