It's a gesture to show a falling flower(petal) that was not caught but in the very last part of the choreo when they all did that again, they finally catch the flower(petal).

For DK's vocals I recommend you to watch Rewind by DK, you don't have to do a reaction just check that by yourself, you will hear his fantastic vocals. Is just a video made randomly is not a performance. I agree too much, by the way they dance you can see the chemistry that this group has, BEAUTIFUL. The other one with vocals is Joshua.
