Looks great, but I would highly advise against building as there are no locks on the doors. This allows raiders to easily open there way through the base without spending any boom.
It's G'lightz master ploy! the only locks placed were on the bunkered lockers, so the raiders can freely enter and explore the base while still finding no accessible loot between the hidden lockers and external tc mini bunkers :)))
Man you're such a great builder. I'm new to rust and still have under 300 hours, but thanks to your videos I've taught builders with thousands of hours new tricks and have shocked teammates with extremely strong base designs. As much as I'd love to horde your designs all for myself I always let people know who you are. You deserve to be a huge rust builder.

We were just raided in this base...they went with heavy mlrs and then topdown door raid...bunkers were completely missed and they reached the door of the second floor where i had a turret on the self...i stopped them there...they broke like 15 doors many of them armored and 6 tuurets they left with some tools pumps and some farm.Awesome base very straightforward to build following the video instructions.

Hello! I came by to say I've been using this base for about 2 months now and I've had 2 successful online raid defenses in it, both of them involving getting pummeled by multiple rocket launchers. I've always struggled to find a design to settle on but I'm confident in saying that I found a base I always look forward to building.
This is by far the greatest build of all time. My own "perfect base" design that i've built and modified over the last 2 years doesn't even come close to yours! Amazing, as always, you are a fucking living legend

I'll probably end up with something vaguely similar after revisiting a micro compound design of my own. The box buff has completely changed build considerations as the barely adequate storage for a lot of my designs now is an outrageous amount of storage. Avoided a lot of triangle only cores due to storage capacity limitations in the past. Now that all changes.
Great Base Design, i tryed that last wipe and the results where amazing, i even stacked more pixel bunkers on top of the original ones and it worked perfectly fine, including the external bunkers you mentioned in your videos i ended up with 8 bunkers in total and the upkeep was the lowest i ever had for what i got ! I was playing Duo and we survived the whole wipe. We got raided like 5 times by big groups and basically lost nothing ! Gooood work !

I've had the same issues but I have been experimenting on a build server to see what's happening. It either relates to the height of the campfire above the terrain or the campfire rotation I believe. Placing the campfire build squares closer to the ground seems to help a lot, but I can't exactly tell why its working 50% of the time for me.
@9:43 you dont build walls in the middle of honeycomb and also you dont build any triangle floors in honeycombs. wanted to ask if those are not required at all or you are just fast forwarding the video ? @19:57 if there is no gap, what can be done to fix it ? (previous bunker worked just fine)
1) It would add nothing to the raid cost so I just didn't fill those honeycombs with further walls 2) yes, it can be fixed using the "carrying" method I show in my newest pixelbunker method video

For easy acces to the pixel gap bunkers use a Sofa. Place it with the back of it touching the 2 half walls, then stand in around the middle of it (You'll get a feel for it.) And that's it easy acces.

Love this base design! however I don't understand why SOMETIMES I can't place triangle foundation that has to be attached directly to the base. These foundations can only be attached to each other...

Love the content man. A small improvement i've found is that it is super easy to place the tc "Right" that way you don't have to break it later. just line the tc up with the line going diagonal on the twig then there is a little "Horizontal" line you can line the close left corner up with.
for me i use the twig door frame, stand at the furthest corner of the door frame, and try to put the tc as close to the door frame and the opposite wall as possible. doesn't work with stone frame because the bump of the fram is too big.
I was just playing around on how to add an outer TC shell to a solo base to reduce the upkeep but still have strength. As I don't know how not to be a smart arse to the large groups. Well done on this base and your knowledgeable/no nonsense videos
Have a search for "snowycattle luxor" and that may satiate your Pyramid fix. Base that Snowy and I along with another put together. The shown form is cheap and ready for whatever expansions anyone would be interested in.
I was wondering is it possible to Loot a horizontal pixel gap on console rust. Because you always place something at your feet to jump on, and on rust console we don’t have anything like that

@GameLightz, use maths for "free hands" squares that follow to the roof.. count degrees and attach square when you place honeycombs.. use compass.. you can also check if everything is ok by attaching doorframes.. place one above another and remove first floor doorframe.. if second stays on its place then its attached to the main building... any questions ?
actually, when honeycombs are already with walls you still can place square fundament from above.. add twig floor triangles outside on the second floor and place fundament staying on them.. your tricky method with magic pixels is way too inaccurate.. and frustrating 😀
will see in next videos if you understand or not how this works.. and if you find this useful additional tip if you gonna try it: first you may suffer some troubles attaching to the correct place... just a matter of some expirience.. so we know the compass degree and you place foundation looking straight in front.. we have to find the correct foundation height - not a big issues cause we have other foundations close after that just strafe to the foundations you are attaching your new one (again and again if required) untill a feeling that your foundations are on the perfect line.. "feeling" - you will see the difference how foundation "docking" with others save some wood for a coal..

The peeks in this designs shooting floor are nutty. I logged on to being offline raided by a 4 man and won thanks to the peeks and the bedroom setup on the roof. They were raiding from the side and straight into tc, the only things i lost were the resources i used to repair the breach lol. GGez
This is pretty dope. Nice use of the new peeks. I know I've said they are a bit more on upkeep cost but this showcases a nice cheap base where it doesn't effect the cost as much.
Yup. Techniques are just techniques. Gotta be applied properly, and I'm always thinking about cost-efficiency. In this case the alternative was either door peek (FFFFFF NO) or a much more expensive widegap
I was looking for a base to build the next forcewipe and I remembered this gem. It's been probably 5 months since I've used it and I'm ready to enjoy its glory again!
At 9:41 I notice there is no inner honeycomb? You build around the outside with 4 stone walls but no interior metal walls? Because you seal the top there is no way to get in later to add this.
Can you update this build? to include some of the newer tricks like "BETTER WIDEGAPS". or if posible do something inbetween this and the Trio Heaven. I really like the loot rooms and hiden loot in the the Trio Heaven but dislike how long it takes to get all of the outer TC's down.
Means the primary pixelgapping was not done perfectly. crouch, don't look down (relatively straight ahead), and really push the second triangle into the first :)

Amazing build, I was having an issue at 9:55, when i try and place that twig triangle it says too close to building? Does that mean I messed up the initial placement with the camp fire?
@@six8889 generally if you can place the middle triangle it'll be fine, but if you want to be absolutely sure, just place all the relevant foundations earlier. It's a total of 9 triangle foundations you have to place if you want to test it 100%

GameLightz, I’ve been building every base since the Duo Dream, your bases are too good. I’m glad you’re getting popular but everyone knows where my bunkers are now :/ hahaha,great base as always.
Consider that both flat walls there lead to the same 3-triangle lootroom, and so inner honeycomb there there adds little to nothing to the raid cost, so I didn't add one for cost efficiency.
I can't get the pixel gaps of the bunkers to work. Every time I build them there is no gap. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? I'm perplexed.
This is frustrating. 9:50 I'm trying to place the second triangle and it says too close to another building. I'm dragging the triangle in from the left and right for the deliberate placement but it won't go.

That means you did the pixelgapping a bit innacurately, perhaps moved the mouse sideways a tiny bit accidentally. Practice it a few times until you get the technique down. Make sure you crouch, make sure you don't look straight down but relatively forward

did the pixel gap method got fixed? I tried it for 2 hours straight and it shows me "too close to another building" and when it works the gap just doesn't shows up even I followed all constructrions. It's because the primary pixelgapping process was done imperfectly.

Is there a reason you dont fill in the honeycomb walls? Just for time? Surely you do on live right?
Nope. It adds no protection really.
Love the design. Tesla coil works to get into the pixel gap bunker as well
At 9:41 I notice there is no inner honeycomb? You build around the outside with 4 stone walls but no interior metal walls? Because you seal the top there is no way to get in later to add this.
There's no need for inner honeycomb there, as it will not add to the raid cost in most circumstances.
One of my triangle roofs aren’t stable enough to place but the stability of the triangle floor and window below it are the same as all the rest?
sounds wonky. Make sure nothing's missing in the base, and also try placing it from inside, under, or outside top rotating the roof?

Can you update this build? to include some of the newer tricks like "BETTER WIDEGAPS". or if posible do something inbetween this and the Trio Heaven. I really like the loot rooms and hiden loot in the the Trio Heaven but dislike how long it takes to get all of the outer TC's down.

Means the primary pixelgapping was not done perfectly.

I have a hard time putting the central foundation on it I can get it minutes 4:31. any help friend? What could be wrong

3) don't move your mouse
4) push the second triangle deep into the first

Unbelievable strong base. I don't know if there ever can be a better Base, if you look at costs vs protection.
Amazing build, I was having an issue at 9:55, when i try and place that twig triangle it says too close to building? Does that mean I messed up the initial placement with the camp fire?

Don't look too much down, and really get the second triangle deep into the first one, without moving the mouse :)

@@six8889 generally if you can place the middle triangle it'll be fine, but if you want to be absolutely sure, just place all the relevant foundations earlier.
It's a total of 9 triangle foundations you have to place if you want to test it 100%

Consider that both flat walls there lead to the same 3-triangle lootroom, and so inner honeycomb there there adds little to nothing to the raid cost, so I didn't add one for cost efficiency.
I can't get the pixel gaps of the bunkers to work. Every time I build them there is no gap. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? I'm perplexed.

This is frustrating. 9:50 I'm trying to place the second triangle and it says too close to another building. I'm dragging the triangle in from the left and right for the deliberate placement but it won't go.

Really good base! I even added a 2 wall high china wall around it with the external tc's/main base tc. Highly recommend if you have the resources.

Did they patch this? I can't seem to place the triangle foundation infront of the TC. says too close to another building.
That means you did the pixelgapping a bit innacurately, perhaps moved the mouse sideways a tiny bit accidentally.
Practice it a few times until you get the technique down. Make sure you crouch, make sure you don't look straight down but relatively forward

did the pixel gap method got fixed? I tried it for 2 hours straight and it shows me "too close to another building" and when it works the gap just doesn't shows up even I followed all constructrions. Could you please explain it to me, because Im opsessed with this Base Design but cannot find the answere for my problem. I googled it aswell but couldn't find any help😓
