Julie. I (and most people) appreciate your attention to detail and willingness to share your entire process with us. Most creators that jump cut their way through videos are leaving out critical information. This stuff isn't easy and showing people how to do it the right way isn't easy either.
I agree, but it's because the majority of people's attention span is much shorter these days and statistics are showing people would rather change the video vs. watch through it or even fast forward.
So agree!! Some of us who actually paint are constantly looking for creators who show the process and some of our favorites have had to go because they started fast forwarding with music instead of explaining what they are doing and why. The people complaining cannot be artists because any true artist appreciates THE PROCESS! It’s not a waste of an artists time but a true joy! So please hear us more than you do those critics who have already ruined several creators who use to have great videos. I recent found another lady who takes her time and explains what she’s doing and why and when I found her I was so so so HAPPY!! Not many are left that I’m finding so please don’t change a thing in your videos!
I had a good chuckle.... Julie: less is more guys, less is more Also Julie: adds 10+ wave stickers after saying just one is enough 😄 This piece turned out so well. All the elements works so well together. You are so good at getting the 3 tones of ocean colours to match, your shells on the beach are so pretty and even though the animals are not as visible, they add an extra layer of interest. Plus you help give alternatives to create waves without using resin 😀 Thank you for all you teach us.
I love watching your channel! Being an amateur and still learning resin I think it’s great you show the mishaps and how you go about fixing it! This is how we all learn! ❤so it’s very appreciated!! Keep up the amazing work, your an amazing teacher and artist so keep up the amazing videos and work! 💖💐🙏🏽😊
Julie, I love your enthusiasm. Also don’t worry about the length of your videos. We are learning w. You. Thanks for sharing. I’ve learned so much from all your commentary! Keep being your cheery self and chatting all you want. You keep us entertained 😊
I just picked up a two pack of the surfboards and starfish draw pulls. I’m planning on making “sharkuterie” boards. So happy I got to see this! Always enjoy your videos.
I found your videos by accident and I've been binge watching them, I don't do resin because I don't have the space or money to do so but I am loving watching yours. In regards to your videos being too long...... their your videos, we as watchers, chose to click on this video and watch, if people don't like how long your videos are "then don't watch" you don't have to be here. Julie your doing a fantastic job, just ignore and scroll on past xXx
Love the entire piece, just gorgeous. I like the fact that I can watch the whole video because you leave in the pluses and minuses which help everyone.
I Love it !! I Adore watching every second of you doing your Masterpieces! Please don't let the mean people tell you to rush or skip over steps to get done . There are many of us that Totally enjoy watching every step start to finish. We Love you keep those Masterpieces coming ❤❤😊😊
I really like your videos. I've just begun my resin art journey so I appreciate your experience. I like how you are adventurous with your art and bring us along in your creative process. I have never commented on a video and when you said that you were unsure if you should speed up or not because of negative nellies - I'm here to encourage you to disregard the negativity as it says everything about the person and nothing about you! thank you for your inspiration
Can I just tell you how I look forward to see your videos all the time. I love how you take us through your process. Your voice is soothing and I can tell you're just a kind genuine person. 🥰❤
Your videos are awesome. I love that they are long because they are showing everything, mistakes and all. I like learning together, and I like your conversation.
Resin art is just that Art! and with art there are trials and errors....I love that you do this on video Julie...you are the most genuine person and for that I thank you... We are all learning and your a great teacher and thanks for including us on your journeys .... We love you and I love this!!!! I love all things beach and ocean themed...I live on the Gulf Coast of Texas in the USA....
Julie, I love watching your videos, but as an admirer of Australia and it's wildlife, I LOVE watching the birds that come to feed on your deck!! The cuckaburras and lorakeets are my favorites!!
Julie the reason why the ray stickers you used are two different shapes is because one is a Manta Ray and the other one is a Stingray. Manta Ray is the bigger sticker Stingray has thin pointed tail and is the smaller sticker Beautiful art I love it Thanks for sharing awesome content that is fun enjoyable and entertaining to watch.
Very nice! Not crazy about the foam bubbles, I think it's a little too much. The colors and the waves look great and the shells and critters of course ❤️
Yh i agree colors perfect as is sand and black shadow creatures. Not sure if allmthe waves are the right way. She needs a voice playing when doing these saying step AWAY from the mold lol...love this but just don't like the bubbles.
Once again you make great use of the stickers to achieve the realistic look and the end result is Very convincing and fantastic looking. Every time I wonder how you come up with new great ideas and always make them work. Great work and a Beautiful,Ocean water result ❤️I just love it !
I love watching how all your projects get done. Thanks for sharing how to fix mishaps. Been watching you for 3 years now. Absolutely love you and your creativity.
The little waves you just added to the very end were really cute and I think it did add a lot to it. I couldn’t believe how pretty it is all turned out when you were done.
As a fellow creative, I actually found you because of the long format videos, I can do all my own craft with you on the screen, but "in the background" so... Thank you, for the long format and the upload thru Christmas... I totally get creators deserve a break whenever they need it... but It's nice to hear a familiar voice this week
Oh, the color blending on this surfboard is absolutely chef's kiss, Julie! 😘 LOVE the way the sand and its' color turned out, too! When I attempt my next set of beach/ocean coasters, I am definitely going to do sand on the entire bottom. It looks so much better. You wouldn't believe the disaster my first ones were - I wanted to cry buckets! 😭 I do like the waves - that's the way waves come in, too - very broken up and quite uneven! ❤👍 I love it! 😊 An Amazon store would be great! 😊👍 P.S. Can't remember if I left this as a hint on one of your videos, but I have really *ugly* sand. When resin touches it, it turns a yucky, dark gray-brown. SO! I mix it with white pigment paste (not too much!), then mix it all up with PVA white (school) glue. Spread it, then let dry for about 24-48 hrs, if it's fairly thick. Since glue has water in it, it has to completely dry! It looks *so much better* as it keeps its texture and is lighter. HTH someone. 😊
Love it all in there! It’s fun and so pretty to look at! Also, you keep your videos as long as you want. Most of us love your content because you don’t edit everything out. ❤
This turned out fabulous, I love the sand being used in resin. This turned out beautifully. It would look lovely as an accent piece in a potted plant. Give the plant an ocean vibe. 🤗💓💗💞
Happy you made more "Waves"!!!BOTH! Looks so much better. (🤗This time more is more.) I was sitting here saying add more, add more! You can't hear us either, what a shame. It turned out beautifully, the extra waves camouflaged the lines. Made them go unnoticed!
I love all of them ! And I so enjoy your details. Your excitement makes you even more fun to watch. Thank you so much. I want to get some of your molds soon❤️🥰
Love this! I honestly love all of your videos, regardless of how long or short they are… I always find inspiration and I appreciate you taking the time to show the whole process. Your cheerful personality always makes them fun to watch, and on a personal level I find it helps a ton with my mental health, so thank you!! ❤
It's beautiful but, since you asked, I liked it better in the thumbnail before you added the sheets. You could see the animals & water better, so I'd like it with just the waves. The colors really looked perfect & the ombre effect looks very realistic.
i love the finished work. I wanted to know where did you get the seafoam from? Or did you make the seafoam yourself? If you can post a link for that, it would be great!! Thank you for sharing what you do with all of us! You are very inspiring.
Again you did a wunderful work. I love your videos so much. And also, you share your live with the natur, the birds and the dogs a bit with us. Have a nice Christmastime and a heartfull hello from Germany 🤗😍.
Love this. Love the idea of using sea foam. It is a amazing look. The only thing I would change is I think I would make my own waves instead of using stickers. I think they look more realistic.
Honey I go snorkeling with my husband and where we go snorkeling the water looks like that you've actually got it pretty darn close and I think it's turned out great
What I did for a sand kind of thing for my dad's birthday I used dark sand and just added a orange mica powder to it only a tiny bit but it turned out looking just like real sand and my dad loves it
I love it all Julie. I am really happy that you put the waves on. It's not the beach without waves. I really hope that your family had a Merry Christmas 🎄♥️
Very enlightening thank you because I have put sand down and then the resin separates it. So aggravating but you have helped me to know what I will do the next time.
Hi Julie can I ask you where did you get the seafoam stickers from and what did put you in for when looking them, please can you be so kind and let me know, thank you Diane
I prefer to see all of the steps you take. It helps me as I am a visual learner. In fact, and please don’t take this wrong, I would have loved to see how you ended up making the sand once you removed the first pour. 😊❤
Hey Julie! This turned out so amazing. At first I was thinking, no don't add anymore waves but at the end, it all came together beautifully. When you were talking about the size proportion of the sting rays and turtles to the shells and starfish, I was with you the whole way because sometimes we can lose sight of that in our designs. What a super fun project, you always go through the entire process and that's so much appreciated!! Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!🤗🥰
I love watching you and and how you get excited when you doing the work and when you get done I really enjoy watching thank you so much I wish I knew where you can get those
Thanks so much for a wonderful video full of inspiration I don’t know how you did it but you did a great job doing this project. Looks like a lot of work, but it turned out beautiful.
I love this. Looks pretty. love the water variation and the animals. You asked for our opinion, so I thought I'd give you mine. If this was my project, I wouldn't have used the sea foam. It seems so big in size compared to the waves. I do like that you added so many more waves, that helped to break it up. Other than that, it's a great project. I'm glad you figured out the sand. I remember the project you did where you poured the resin over the sand, and it didn't go all the way through. You were disappointed that day. Thank you for the video. Happy New Year! ♥♥♥♥♥

Agreed. I love that you talk to us like we're with you. Don't change 🖤
I love the way you share your boo-boos with us! It definitely helps me understand how to do it better. Thank You!

Love the whole process. Don't let any negative comments influence you at all. It is great to see everything you do.
I really like that you talk to us, makes us more included. It’s like being with a best friend. I really enjoy your videos .thank you x
You are very good at what you do. Love watching your videos. I don’t do resin YET. 😉
Love the entire piece, just gorgeous. I like the fact that I can watch the whole video because you leave in the pluses and minuses which help everyone.

Can you please tell me where you bought the sealife stickers and the foam??
Julie the reason why the ray stickers you used are two different shapes is because one is a Manta Ray and the other one is a Stingray.
Manta Ray is the bigger sticker
Stingray has thin pointed tail and is the smaller sticker
Beautiful art I love it
Thanks for sharing awesome content that is fun enjoyable and entertaining to watch.
Beautiful, love the colours 😍

I think you having an Amazon would be great!
I love watching how all your projects get done. Thanks for sharing how to fix mishaps. Been watching you for 3 years now. Absolutely love you and your creativity.
the way you created the sand layer totally gobsmacked me i was like wow just wow xx
Well my goodness, it looks much better after you added more strips of sea foam, it's beautiful! That made a difference!
The little waves you just added to the very end were really cute and I think it did add a lot to it. I couldn’t believe how pretty it is all turned out when you were done.
Absolutely gorgeous, Julie! Do you have a link to where I can purchase the seafoam pages?
This piece would look great with a hand painted back and sides. Love It!
The color selection is perfect and they are beautiful colors.

Hi Julie
Since you asked, I prefer it without sea foam. I can’t make out the animal under the foam, it looks like a black spot. Overall, I love it!!!
My grand daughter asks to watch "the pretty's" as we go to sleep at night ever since I showed her your videos!!
Thank you for all your videos during 2022. Looking forward to lots more ( the longer the better) during 2023. Happy New Year Julie.
This turned out fabulous, I love the sand being used in resin. This turned out beautifully. It would look lovely as an accent piece in a potted plant. Give the plant an ocean vibe. 🤗💓💗💞
Julie the colors are beautiful, love everything you have used, works so well together

I agree Katie! I even re-watch old we videos between the newer one. The videos help me relax in the evening.
It's beautiful but, since you asked, I liked it better in the thumbnail before you added the sheets. You could see the animals & water better, so I'd like it with just the waves. The colors really looked perfect & the ombre effect looks very realistic.
This is so beautiful, Julia. Love the colours.
Gorgeous! Where are the stickers and sea foam from?
Love the colours you used. It turned out beautifully!
The colors are perfect !
Very cool..I love those sea foam stickers.
Great job Julie.. love what you do ❤
i love the finished work. I wanted to know where did you get the seafoam from? Or did you make the seafoam yourself? If you can post a link for that, it would be great!! Thank you for sharing what you do with all of us! You are very inspiring.

Love this. Love the idea of using sea foam. It is a amazing look. The only thing I would change is I think I would make my own waves instead of using stickers. I think they look more realistic.
Super cool.. loved the waves on the beach more realistic 👌
Quite unique, love the finished piece.

Love the beach theme projects.😊. Thanks Julie. Jennie
Merry Christmas, Julie! and Thanks for using a project with my favorite colors!!! God Bless and May You and Yours have a Grand New Year! 🥰
How cool! I agree, I LOVE the colors!
And you angled them all also was a good move!
Absolutely gorgeous Julie. I love the colors and the seafoam/waves. Thank you so kindly for your detailed videos.
Beautifly done Gilly, I absolutely enjoyed watching you create this step by step. I find this so therapeutic thank you for sharing it all with us💜
I'm not Gilly
Very cool. I think it works with both the waves and sea foam. Great colors. xoxoxo
That is really cool! I love it! I really love how the colors blended. It looks really great!
Beautiful colors love this.
great looking. Can't find the sea foam sheets and so project can't get done.
It's gorgeous Julie!!!!
I love it all Julie. I am really happy that you put the waves on. It's not the beach without waves. I really hope that your family had a Merry Christmas 🎄♥️
I love it the way it is
Well, it turned out beautiful a lot of hard work but very very nice. Thanks for sharing. Hugs and kisses from grandma, Sandy and Debbie.
Julie if you use a drop or two of brown alcohol ink, that may get the look for your sand that you were looking for
Very enlightening thank you because I have put sand down and then the resin separates it. So aggravating but you have helped me to know what I will do the next time.
WOW!! What a gorgeous surfboard resin piece. Love it! Thanks for sharing your creative experience. Hugs to you down under from Florida🌞🌞🌞🌴🌴🌴
It’s lovely. You might try one with the foam just on the beach edge.
I would not have added the stickers but they work. I like them. Pretty.
Just the waves. Good Job 👍
This is stunning, love, love it. Exactly right. Thank you for the tutorial. Compliments of the season.
Beautiful in the end
Hi Julie can I ask you where did you get the seafoam stickers from and what did put you in for when looking them, please can you be so kind and let me know, thank you Diane
Great choice of colors.. love the finished product!
very beautiful beach.
I prefer to see all of the steps you take. It helps me as I am a visual learner. In fact, and please don’t take this wrong, I would have loved to see how you ended up making the sand once you removed the first pour. 😊❤

Looks great Julie. Perhaps use an ink to tint the die so it is still see through and you should still be able to see the sand.
Where can we find the sea foam? Is it stickers?
I got nervous that you weren’t gonna show us the back. I think it came out amazing
I love watching you and and how you get excited when you doing the work and when you get done I really enjoy watching thank you so much I wish I knew where you can get those
I really love this one 🤩! I really love it with both seafoam and waves !!
Thanks so much for a wonderful video full of inspiration I don’t know how you did it but you did a great job doing this project. Looks like a lot of work, but it turned out beautiful.
Love it. Great gifts looking foward to next video.

I love both you are so clever
I would like to see this with just the waves to compare the two
Looking good I love the videos we're you go though every detail it's helping me as I'm a beginner
Love your ideas. Good job😊
It's Perfect, Julie. Each time you create, you out-do your last. Thanks for this. Question, what do you do with it? Hang it on the wall?
Merry Christmas dear I am from Sydney ❤ thank you for all the thing I learn from you ❤
I love it too, it’s really pretty, .great job x
