Menopause can be a time of troubling symptoms, but more than that, it is a time of dramatic physical and emotional changes, many for the worse. Fasting is an essential part of menopause wellness because it lessens many troublesome symptoms and counteracts the metabolic and circadian rhythm dysfunction that leads to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mood disorders.
