neat trick for squaring that shoulder edge. ash is such a beautiful light wood. i'm probably going to "borrow" the design to do my shed door out of pine. yea i know, it's easier to screw up on cheaper wood :D

Trees and their wood are massive blessing of God to mankind. When genious craftsmen apply their skills to woods, they speak up and tell us how happy they are. Happiness of your doors is self explanetory. Watching this video all the way up to end was very soothing to eyes. Loved it.

My methods were same as yours except I made the half-lap (halving) joints for the lattice on the tablesaw, and I didn't wedge my large through-tenons :-(. I don't have a domino machine so made all integral tenons on the mullions. And I had the same frustrating bow in the two long vertical mullions! And also was very weary of that door by the time it was finished. I ordered the glass and did my own glazing, but the door was so heavy I hired installers to hang it.
