These were the shoes that rekindled my love of sneakers back in 2015 after being out of the game 3 years prior. SO HAPPY that I finally was able to get this shoe 7 years later after seeing it as something I'd never be able to obtain.
Its crazy how alot of people still don't understand that there will always be inconsistencies with pairs. Each pair will be different

It’s a very cheaply made sneaker. Materials and labor prob add up to less than $12/pair. Meanwhile it’s selling for $500+ on the resale market. It’s stupid af.
Even at retail you aren’t getting the quality you’re paying for.
It's pointless debating that. I have bought the same pair of my fav Yeezy and there are slight differences if you are knowledgeable.
Also something to note. They used the updated padding that was on the 2016 pirate black 350s with this retro where the original release basically had no ankle padding whatsoever

I just got one on Yeezy Day. I personally think it’s just an overpriced Roshe Run copy with adidas and yzy branding slapped on. The V2 are a better iteration.
The og 350 definitely have a less aggressive design compared to the V2s which is why they seem a bit more casual

Was lucky enough to hit my true size on Yeezy day and they should be arriving soon. Glad to finally have this model in the collection even though I feel like it’s a bit out of style nowadays. This will be my first time even seeing an authentic pair in person so that definitely gets me excited

My first ever Yeezy I got was this rerelease of the Turtle Doves. Super hyped to finally get a pair for retail and for it to be this epic silhouette.

Damn, I’ve been SO out of the loop, had no clue they brought these back.
I worked for adidas back in 2015-2016 (just retail) and my district manager hooked me up with access to the whole OG lineup for a decent price. At the time, it felt like hitting the jackpot and I thought it was my only chance ever to grab these for a decent price… Nearly a decade later and the oh-so-rare-never-coming-out-again-grails are back. FOMO took over back then and here we are 7 years later and it was pointless 😂
I don’t even know where the Moonrocks or PBs are anymore… 💀 Kinda hope they bring those back now (did they[?], don’t know…).
Don’t worry, they haven’t brought back any other OG 350’s… yet 😉
Though a lot of 350 v2s have restocked, so if you’ve got some grails it’s highly likely they’re sitting under $400

@@undefinedprocess to me, they’re just as comfy as an ultraboost, but have more lateral stability… not exactly a running shoe but a great pair for walking around wherever you may be

I used to have these when I was 16 years old. Flipped them for 1.2K. most money I have made at a young age for some used shoes. These were the hottest shoe at that time.
I got a W on Turtle Doves, Ararat and Oynx Foam Runners. Great review I went half size up normally size 10 in V2 so that’s what I went with. Hope they fit can’t wait to try them on tomorrow.

I went TTS on these TDs (usually half size up on V2s) and they fit 1:1 and bit snug, but still comfy. The knit is definitely stretching a bit to fit 1:1. A half size up would be okay I’m sure.

@@claytonmaxwell5411 They are Awesome! They hit way different in hand. With wise they are good, length wise I would like a little snugger fit. I fell like if I went TTS they would be a little to narrow in the mid foot area. The prime knit does feel much roomier than the V2s.

A classic but they look outdated. Unfortunately, the look of the original 350s isn’t timeless. The original release of the turtle doves is definitely a collector’s item. But putting them on now they don’t look too impressive

Had a few pairs over the years of the 2015s, always ends up selling because the midsole paint rubs off and oooks terrible. I hit the 22s for retail so I’m praying they fixed that issue because v1s look so much better than v2s imo

In my opinion I'm SO used to seeing feezys in the mall at kiosks that these just look cheap and fake to me, the V2 became the face of Yeezy when it was released. Honestly if they did the OG colorways on the V2 silhouette, those would go CRAZY!

Great video man, and if I'm being honest I like the V1's better than the V2's. I see the V2's are really popular especially now and I think they're great but I just like older versions or OG versions of shoes better most of the time. Another example is with the air Jordan 1 1985's and the Air Jordan 1 2015's, I like the 1985 silhouette a lot more than the 2015 silhouette, I think they're both great in their own ways, but I just really like the Air Jordan 1 1985 silhouette a lot more. All of this is just my opinion, you don't have to agree with me here. 💯👍

Glad you said TTS was good for regular/narrow feet, because you recommended TTS with the 350 V2 CMPCT and you were spot on when I got those and went TTS. I just copped my TTS TDs from GOAT and went TTS, and I was nervous since 50% of everyone was saying they run small and to go +1/2 no matter what. Your review definitely made me more confident in my size choice Can't wait to get them in, got a great price on them through GOAT. Keep up the amazing work, Seth!

Do you own any 350 V2's and do you go a half size up on those as well? I've been struggling to decide what size to buy having narrow feet and being a TTS 9.5 based on my normal Ultraboost which fit 100% perfectly without being too squeezing the life out of my foot or having a ton of extra toe room at 9.5. But... I own a pair of 9.5 Triple White 350 V2's which crush my front toes and they can't move forward at all or flex really drawing me to the conclusion I need to go a half size up on the 350 V2's. I just wanted to know your experience to help guide my purchasing decision in determining whether the Yeezy Turtle Dove V1 (2022) is actually TTS for narrow feet as suggested in this video or half a size up as you suggest. The internet has way too many answers so I feel asking people who actually OWN the shoes is the only way to truly find out.
@@bencaskey9355 with v2s I go half a size up as well (I have pretty much every model). My true size is 10.5 and I always go with a size 11 and they fit me perfectly. The only one that I could've gone up to a full size was the belugas 2.0s. If you have wide feet go a full size up. But to be safe half a size up should work. Hope that helps 👍🏻

I don't think so you should half size up. I got a different pair of OG 350s and I am a size 9.5 in every addidas shoe except OG 350s I'm a size 10

Then, do you have size up for your V2's as well? I'm a 9.5 TTS with normal Ultraboost which fit perfectly as I kind of described above, but own 9.5 Triple White 350 V2's which feel like they crush my front toes (so I conclude that I should've 1/2 sizes up on the 350 V2's)... I'm wondering if I should 1/2 size up on the 2022 Turtle Doves as you suggest since Ik the rule of thumb is to half size up with the 350 V2's? I was just hoping to hear about your experience with the other shoes as well if you have them and draw relationships to OG's perhaps! I just need help making a decision since I plan to buy a pair of Turtle Doves and don't have the opportunity to try them on beforehand.
@@bencaskey9355 just to clarify ben. I have owned and worn 3 different pairs of ultra boosts all were size 9.5 and the fit was comfortable and not too big. I bought a pair of 350 bones which is a Yeezy 350 V2 in a 9.5 and they fit true to size. However when it came to my yeezy 350 sesames I order a size 10 and they fit fine I wouldn't say roomie by anymeans but I could wear it for an extended period of time without complaining.

i thought it supposed TTS, i bought size US9 and it was really snug, no room for my toe, so i bought again US10 and it feels perfect so comfort. so i suggest 1 size up
@Seth Fowler So the Turtle Dove V1 (2022) is TTS for you, but do you wear Yeezy 350 V2s a half size up? I have a narrower foot as well and my TTS is 9.5 which is based on my normal Ultraboost, but I own a 9.5 pair of Triple White V2s and my toes feel crushed towards the front despite being my TTS based on my normal Ultraboost. I'm just wondering about your experience with the V1 versus the V2 more in-depth to help guide my decision on buying a pair of Turtle Doves since I don't have the option to try them on beforehand and I like my shoes to fit perfectly without a ton of extra room. Also, a large majority of Reddit is suggesting half a size which makes me question everything. I would also appreciate anyone else who owns the new Turtle Dove V1 (2022) and Yeezy 350 V2 to provide feedback on their sizing experience with their given foot type (wide, narrow, etc.). Hopefully, you see my comment and have time to leave a reply! Thanks!
I wear a half size up on V2s and got a TTS pair of these TDs. I have normal/wide ish feet and I’d say the TTS is a 1:1 fit, an exact fit and I feel like it’ll stretch a bit more because of the more forgiving knit. The knit of the TDs are softer and less stiffer than V2s for sure. If you want an exact fit, TTS should work for you, if you want some extra room, a half size up would be safe.
I just got mine in today. I am a TTS 10. I wear a 10.5 US in the V2’s. I also got these in a 10.5 and they fit me just fine. I can definitely see that a 10 will fit me but I have about 3/4 of an inch of room in the front on foot. So totally up to you if you want them hugging your feet a bit more. Hope this helps!
@@riki3333 Are your V2’s being a half size up from your TTS an exact fit without a ton of extra wiggle room? If you had went TTS on your V2’s would they have been too small or tight, especially around the toe box? I’m just wondering your half size up experience on V2’s to dissect the significance of the difference between the V2’s to V1’s… mainly in regards to toe box because my bad experience with my TTS 350 V2’s as I found the toe box to be tight and my toes were hitting the end of the shoe with a TTS 350 V2. So the 350 V1 with the softer knit and flatter back heel fit more like an easy to grab, normal Ultraboost shoe off the adidas website (**My 9.5 normal Ultraboost fit PERFECT is why I wonder about this particular comparison**) and that these 2022 Turle Dove 350 V1’s don’t follow the 350 V2’s half size up rule? I apologize if this sounds like me asking the same question. I just really want to get perfect size as I don’t like wiggle room or having my feet suffocated. 😂

@@CDalonzo Ok! So you have about a thumb width of wiggle room where you can push down on the shoe going a half size up? Does your foot have any “heel lift” when you walk and do your foot or toes slide forward at all with that extra room with the softer / less tight knit wrapping the foot? 😮
I've never liked these and still don't. I tried for them to resell, but took an L. The newer V2s just always looked much better to me. These were a little less bad back in 2015, but now they look cheap and out of date. The only thing I've ever liked is the suede half moon patches.

My TTS is 9.5 based on a normal Ultraboost which fit perfectly snug without suffocating the living shit out of my foot and the perfect few centimeters of space at the front of the toe box to where my foot doesn't feel like it is hitting the front of the shoe when I walk. I also own 9.5 Triple White 350 V2's which crush my foot at the front and are uncomfortable to walk in and I feel I can't wear them a long time. So I should follow the 1/2 size up rule for the 350 V2's for these 2020 Turtle Dove V1's? This video says TTS; however, on Reddit I see people preach 1/2 size up and you suggest it as well. Is your suggestion based on experience with these V1's and if not, then what experience does your suggestion stem from? I would appreciate a response as it will help me make a purchasing decision for my Turtle Dove V1's since I couldn't cop a pair... but I could cop almost every foam runner in existence in a wide array of size lol! Great video! I think Kanye just did that for publicity for sure Adidas has an agreement with Kanye on sales, releases and re-release Yeezys. Yeezy supply didn’t release that much shoes on Yeezy day.
