I'm currently working in private firm and i meantioned it as current employer when filling out the ibps po form. Do I need to provide any experience certificate? If yes, what to do if I don't have experience certificate?
you need NOC if you are employed with govt. firm but in your case as you are employed with private employer then you have to provide experience certificate if you left the job, and if you are currently working then provide your joining letter.

Get the obc ncl by hook or crook, they won't entertain you if you don't produce it, organizations are very particular when it comes to reservation that is the reason.

Agar aap SBI ka prep krre ho toh IBPS ka paper dene mein koi loss nahi hai kyunki syllabus toh dono ka same hai.
