Near the office of the Himawari Yakuza, you will se a factory, inside it there's a hidden 2000 yen
They are houses which are there just for the game not to be empty, they didn't have time to make all the insides of all the houses so the creators decided only to make a standard exterior for most of the houses. It's also done in a lot of other simulation games. Hope that helps and sorry for my bad English
