ROW chodkar) but MPRDC HO ne Proposed ROW 30m liye jis wajah se RO ka size 35m.*21m ho gya kyunki mere plot me depth jyada nhi hai MPRDC ke according drwaing change ho gyi hai but I want to know Town & Country planning me v Drawing same change karwani padegi, And also construction me Mason mi galti ki wajah se boundry wall ki witdch 35 ki jagah 40 ho gyi hai to ab mujhe kya karna hoga ??

सर मेरी LEC हो चुकी है लेकिन fvc की process नहीं हुई कारण ये था कि जो मेरी नाप land है और pwd की जमीन (रोड के मध्य से दोनों तरफ 7 मीटर ) है उसके बीच में कुछ भूमि राज्य सरकार की आ रही है जिस पर मेरा पुश्तैनी कब्जा है राज्य सरकार की कुछ भूमि आने की वजह से कम्पनी process आगे नही बढ़ा रही है इसका कुछ solution उपाय बताइये
Its matter of adverse possession and you have easementary right on that land. You should try to get some supporting papers of your possession and right to use that land. That support document should have substantial value also.

@@sankidesigner yes sir my land is in triangular shape and according to dm noc map the size of proposed pump from road center must be 35 mtr. By 65 mtr. But at spot in depth of pump land one corner of 12 feet doesn’t meet

Perfect meet 4-but sir left side of road is 61mt. My query is diversion of land is possible or not bcoz all NOC is clear except PWD NOC
सर मे राजस्थान के जयपुर से हूँ, कल दिनांक 5 अप्रैल 2021 को मेरी जमीन की iocl के द्वारा lec थी , इसमे कंपनी द्वारा 20×20 मीटर जमीन मांगी थी लेकिन फ्रंट 19 मीटर की वजह से फील्ड ऑफिसर ने कहा कि आपकी lec क्लियर नही हो पाएगी । मेरा प्रश्न है कि जो मैंने 10% ISD जमा करवायी थी , मुझे क्या मिलेगी ? क्या मुझे जमीन चेंज करने का मौका मिलेगा क्या ?

It depends on the size of land normally 15 Lakh for boundary and salea room. You can have chain link fencing also in place of brick boundary wall.

Buildings and other developments as per town planning norms and access and approaches as per pwd. However all approval drawings should be same.
