I usually don’t stay on high protein diet, I was like 69 kilos back then and my daily protein intake was about 1.5 to 1.6 times my bodyweight, that’s all. Right now I’m 72 Kilos and consume protein about 2.2 grams per kg bw :)

no I don’t train my neck muscles ( trapezius ) directly as It gets indirect stimulus from most of my pulling movements but yes just like you said , if you train it directly then you can see relatively more gains ❤️
