Manchester City do not use her properly. She is employed simply to advance the ball beyond the back line but she is creative and has a great touch, and could do far more. She should probably replace Fowler I think.... but then you need another Yui in front of the defence.
She's playing the role she's given (and doing it very well). Unfortunately it is a limited role. City do not have a great manager: he was completely outfoxed by Bompastor recently. Bompastor's only tactic was to prevent the ball from going to Yui!. That was enough to choke off City. They let Kennedy have the ball without pressure, knowing she could not find the clever pass the way Yui often does.

The commentators were awful, telling the players to do things that they themselves could not do.
