Cryptos remind me of the Dutch tulip mania, digital tokens of nothing mate.
I’m quite bullish on BTL property still (shock horror) the higher interest rates and RRB are shaking out the weaker hands all whilst demand is still rising.
Only problem I have is due to S24 is i will only be raising seed funds for more purchases one more time from my personally owned properties Charles.
