Let’s make Birria Tacos

Hi amigos and welcome back!
I am making a delicious comfort meal for my large family of 7!
I got the original recipe from ‪@Viewsontheroad‬ where you will find a plethora of delicious authentic Mexican dishes. I have made this several times and have cut out some ingredients we don’t use or eat and added ingredients I feel good about.
This recipe should only take about 2-3 hours to cook but my meat was frozen and it took over 4hrs 🫠
