How do I make the custom field created available to the prompt for usage? I am not able to see it in the first prompt creation window.

@@nandakumar8936 case summary used in the implementation is a custom field . Hope you have upgraded your page layout to dynamic forms .
1. what's your custom.field type to which you want to map the prompt?
2. Check if the custom field is mapped at the start of the field generation template create screen . We cannot map a field generation template created for custom field1 in custom field2
