Really interesting video, George! Thanks for sharing your process with us. I have a 2022 model 3 and find that my seat has to be in just the right spot or I get pain in the hips and legs. I’m 6’2 and bigger build as well. I might be interested in the future to upgrade my seat in this way. Thanks for your great videos!
I also made changes to the upper / back. I removed the lumbar and inserted my own higher up and also put a piece to the top. It's fairly easy to do. I also bent my headrest back. All of these changes helped my comfort incredibly.
