This was a really good show. Loved how the real estate was the focus and the drama between the agents was sprinkled in and didnât take over the show. Also, can we talk about the diversity?!! It felt organic and not the typical one person of color to meet the quota.
Yes!!!! I binged watched Owning Manhattan yesterday itâs really good. Ryan has a stressful job trying to find multi multi millionaires to close high end real estate deals and some pay cashðŽ. Geesh what that must be like. Great show canât wait for season two.

I love Ryan Serhant on his new show! I binged watched it too! I missed watching Million dollar listing! This show is exciting due to the focus being more on real estate than personal dramas but I love to see more action with his family !!
I wasnât surprised by Savannah and Maggie. When Maggie had that snappy ass response in relation to the sell of that 250m property I knew what time it was. I wondered if it was because he was letting Jonathan get away with stuff initially and added no experience complaining ass Savannah to Chloeâs team. Jonathan gave he was planted to sabotage vibes and Savannah gave conniving for some reason to me. I didnât trust that fake innocent woe is me thing she had going. Iâm so ready for season 2 lol I remember people hating Ryanâs ways when he first started out, so nice to see how far he has come. He def is loyal to his OGâs as he should be though. They helped him build from ground up! His hands are in a lot but this business is his baby so I get it. Hard to trust people to do right with your company. They wonât treat it like you would, clearly!
I always loved my Ohio homeboy in NY! His â is definitely soaring. I love his family, too. This is real reality!

Never watched Million Dollar Listing, but had a feeling OM would be good and it did not disappoint. Loved that they showed some interpersonal relationships, but didnât ruin the real estate aspect of it. Also, that we actually saw deals, unlike other shows.
I had my doubts, but after watching your review, I'm going to add the show to my watch list.

Theyâd have to rent that for around 200 years to meet the $250 million price point. ð
Renting is supposed to be temporary as itâs still up for sale.
@@darchoclathatâs not the one heâs referring to. There was another one that rented for $150k. That other penthouse never sold. They reduced the price.

I watched this about a month ago. I loved Jade with the whole commercial building. She used the production company side of the business to make a music video about the property. The show is a little too produced but ok.

Amen to more real estate and less drama. The black real estate women on BRAVO was GARBAGE. I canât remember the name of the show. And most of us, black ATL agents donât even do all that ghetto nonsense. Nobody has time for that. Whoâs going to put their biggest asset in your hands with all that mess going on?

I binged this I loved it! Seemed more legit than the made up stuff on some of the selling seriesâĶâĶdeals were madeâĶâĶI was a little confused that I didnât see an update on the cast towards the end, was that somewhere else?
