i used 10$ gloves (not mine) i conceded like 2 goals then got mad took them off and played bare handed the rest of the game (keep in mind that the gloves were way too small for me)
Alot of profesional goalkeepers will put Vaseline on their gloves before a game because it gives extra grip, but it only works on brand new gloves, so if you can afford to buy $10 gloves for every game then it's a good option to try.
I bought a pair of £11 Sondico roll finger gloves from Sport Direct here in the UK to use for training and they're so good I've switched to using them for matches. I usually spend around £250 a season on gloves so this is a huge saving and i can't praise the gloves any higher.

I usually use vaporgrips and came on for some random team as a spectator with random £5 gloves on that were about 2 years old, usually my handling is pretty solid but they were so bad I feel like they made it harder to catch just less painful
