Lived all over Los Angeles and I’m 28 now I’m just barley thinking about going to therapy. Spent my early 20s in the streets then four yards. Lost my bro to gang violence in 2011 and lost 4 friends in a period of 3 years including my girl. Honestly all that pent up pain and trauma comes out in one way or another. I think dudes that grow up in the hood are taught that being emotional about something shows a sign of weakness atleast I thought that way. By the time I was in my 20s I was having anxiety and panic attacks. The mind has a weird way with dealing with programmed trauma. Don’t be afraid to speak out and seek counsel
