Hands down...this is the one to start our love of this franchise, the character, the story and saga...this is THE best ever MGS game...MGS..no 1 needed as it is MGS! ;) I hope they do a re-image like they did with RE2....but do it justice!

Just years after noticed that they project caustics over the submarine. That is one of the most resource heavy things to do. And on Console like PS1 you can find it in any other game. I is soo ahead of it's time.
This game was groundbreaking in 1998, in my opinion at least this was the first most movie style cinematic game ever for PlayStation. Can’t believe it’s been 23 years since it came out.
The nostalgia of when I beat this game on my PSP so many times that I memorized the lines. I still regret giving that bastard I used to call a friend my PSP. Now I have to play it on my phone.
