For the life of me I cannot get my piston to retract inside... I have the same tool as you. 2019 ram limited. Yours appears to go in easily: mine with all the force in the world will not retract. What's the secret?
I was actually wondering that.. maybe needed the special tool. But then I realized what you were referring to when you said 'retract the parking brake' you actually have to go one step further and deactivate it in the system setting, not just the button release. Once I watched your video again I realized what needed to be done. So I turned that setting off, and the pistons retracted easily. Great video btw, it was really helpful. And thanks for the responses, job done ✅. Wonder what the dealership charges for new rotors and pads ...

ALL THAT WORK AND YOU LEAVE THE OLD ROTORS TO GRIND AWAY AT THE NEW PADS ..... SMH !
