I was there and remember people smoking cigarettes in the mens bathroom upstairs and it was awesome, this night was everything i hoped for and more. Hail the king!
I offered a free ticket to a few people here in Daytona Beach for a ride to the show and not one of them would take me.!;Today is my fuckin birthday.!! I'm done with people.! Fan since 84.! Just turned 60.!😢
I feel for ya. I'm 54, Merciful Fate/King Diamond OG, and I bought 3 tickets for the KC show without knowing if someone wanted to go. Luckily my friend and his 30 something son (also my friend), accepted the tickets I offered them. One isn't a fan of KD, but loves Overkill, his son didn't really know either, but loves live shows so I gave them the tickets, and they drove and bought me beers for the tickets. I'm not trying to rub it in, just sayin not to give up on people, there are good ones out there. 🤘
@@irawest7666 I know.! Your words hit home.! They don't understand the attachment we develop.! That's their loss and their problem.! Not mine.! I keep them at a safe distance now.! That's the best I can do.! Glad you got to go.! You were not rubbing it in at all.! You bought tickets not knowing how to get there.! That's Metal my friend.! And your parents don't have to like us.! I still have 2 tickets for Kiss Revenge Tour Tampa Stadium floor seats.! Didn't make that one either.! Thank you for reply.! You Rule.!
It's nice to see Abigail added to the setlist. We got it here in KC on the 20th as well. Ive seen a lot of earlier shows on the tour ended right after Electro Therapy.
Those first shows seemed to be a mess: the performance of all members, the setlist, and even the lighting. I saw him in Boston, and fortunately, the show was spectacular. He closed with Abigail, and it sounded perfect.
I live in Tampa and wanted to see King Diamond again I saw him over 30 years ago with trouble and I can't believe I saw no promotions of this concert and it was a half hour away from my house
I was nervous after hearing about all of the problems during the San Antonio show, but after seeing him in Boston, I can say that he and the band worked through it. They all sounded amazing, and King actually sounded stronger as the night went on.
Nice! I caught Danzig and Dimmu Borgir on Halloween a few years ago, in and old school 1920's theatre in KC. Its always great to see bands like these on Halloween!!!
Yeah right me too I live in Tampa waited 30 years to see this guy again didn't hear one word about this concert until I just saw this on TH-cam I am so pissed
I am so pissed I live in Tampa and did not even hear one word about this concert I waited over 30 years to see King Diamond again waited and waited and waited and there was no promoting of this concert that I saw on any site anywhere in any way shape or form
