Been having the EXACT same struggle with tiktok and Instagram when I’m in bed… I’ve stayed up for 2-3 extra hours lately just scrolling. What I’m doing is I’ve deleted the apps on my phone, but allow myself to go on it on a browser on my laptop (or phone). The interface is harder to use and uglier, so I find I won’t really go on much but I like still having the freedom to access my account. Not sure how it works with posting, but I’ve found that very helpful for myself as I only use Instagram intentionally now :)

Same here!!! I also find that constant watching of shorts really bums me out. But watching some longer videos on TH-cam (in moderation) doesn’t make me feel so out of it or lower my mood!
